Freshwater Hatchery

It all starts at our state-of-the-art hatchery. Carefully selected eggs are nurtured into healthy juveniles in a closely monitored environment designed to ensure optimal growth. We reclaim 98% of the water we use while maintaining the highest standard of quality.

Ocean Farm Raised

Once they’re ready, juveniles are transferred to our open-ocean farm off the coast of Ensenada. The location was selected for its particularly strong current, ensuring optimal conditions for steelhead to thrive. With its constant movement, the ocean current creates pristinely clean water and promotes healthy, resilient fish.

Hand Harvested

When the time comes, our steelhead are harvested by hand and prepared using the ikijime method, a Japanese technique that preserves the highest quality and flavor. From there, they’re delivered to major markets across North America and Mexico in just hours, ensuring unmatched freshness and quality.
